Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Why do the Pedals cost more than those of the competition?
A: Because one always gets what one pays for: A high quality product made in the USA, a Rolls Royce versus the most basic car. The price is close to the cost of production.

Q: Can I play "heel off" and still enjoy the ergonomic benefits?
A: Yes - adjust the back of the Pedal to suit the elevated heel. (Many drummers eventually find it tempting to "drop down" and play "heel on" most of the time).

Q: What are the names of the pros now using the Pedals?
A: The names have not yet been legally released. Watch for more information soon.

Q: Where can I see and test these Pedals?
A: At the moment you cannot. The mark-up of these units is so modest that they are currently only sold directly from the manufacturer and not through dealers.

Q: What if my new Pedal (for some obscure reason) doesn't suit me?
A: Return it (undamaged) within thirty days for a full refund.

Q: If I'm famous and wish to endorse the Pedals, will you give me one?
A: Get in touch and let us discuss the matter.

Q: What are your prices?
A: Single Pedal in either Red Flame or Blue-Turquoise anodization $575. Price includes a handy foldout hex tool and a carrying bag. The Double Pedal is $995. California residents pay sales tax. S & H is $15 within the US. The Hi-Hat is a Special Order with price to be determined. These numbers constitute an excellent investment in your professional future.

Q: Do the Pedals have to be so bulky?
A: Yes - the ergonomic principles demand an extremely sturdy design, well worth
this minor inconvenience.

Q: Are you interested in feed-back and suggestions?
A: The manufacturer will be very interested and happy to hear from you.
